With a growing number of children being registered for childcare leading up to and during the event itself, the program required flexibility, organization, and rapid operational support.

To maintain a high standard of care, StarKids operated using a 3:1 child to caregiver ratio throughout the event. Our team continuously monitored attendance levels and adjusted staffing in real time to ensure children remained properly supervised, safe, and engaged at all times.
Our team remained highly flexible throughout the event and responded quickly whenever childcare demand increased unexpectedly. As additional families signed their children up for the program, StarKids immediately sourced and brought in additional staff members to ensure ratios, safety standards, and overall childcare quality remained strong.
